Writing Teacher

Writing Teacher:

As a writer, I can write /construct essays, poems to some extent. I try to use new vocabulary. I focus on what I want to convey clearly. I can organize writing in my unique style.

My strengths as a writing teacher: 

           I encourage my students writing skills by providing more chances to explore writing skills. As a writing teacher, I pay more attention to reading because reading helps to enrich our vocabulary. I try to write neatly and legibly so that my students can imitate and write so. I categorize complex things more simply and provide them to the learners.

Areas in improving teaching writing:

             * Neatness

             * Legibility

             * Word usage

             * Creativity

             * Comprehension

             * Meaningful formation

             * Continuity and coherence

             * Beginning and concluding skill

How do you perceive students writing: 

              My students feel uncomfortable in writing skills than the rest of the skills. writing seems to be difficult for them as it expects more competencies like vocabulary, spelling, presentation, relevance, continuity. The speed of writing is also a big challenge.

How do you teach and wish to teach

                I used to teach writing by continuous practice. I dictate the words to the students which help to increase their listening skills through which writing skills also be developed.

                I provide chances to continue or complete a sentence or a story on their own. Creating interest in writing by providing topics related to their areas of interest. When there's a challenge or a child was struggling to complete a sentence or a story I provide some ideas and hints to complete that activity.

                I wish to spend more timing on writing skill in the classroom activities to make them a good writer
